The concept of hospital-caliber care in a comfortable and warm office setting was pioneered in the region by the founder of the practice, Francis P. Arena, MD, FACP. Dr. Arena has since succeeded in offering comprehensive, medical oncological care that is unsurpassed in the region.

           That degree of excellence set in place by Dr. Arena is today shared by his three associates. Each of the physicians in the practice is dedicated to the principle that every cancer patient deserves the most up-to-date diagnostic and treatment modalities available, combined with compassion, understanding, and patience.

           The office practice is highly unusual in that it is virtually self-sufficient. Because of the wide variety of services provided in the office, most patients need not be hospitalized other than in an emergency situation. Along with the latest advances in equipment and technology, the office has its own protocols with pharmaceutical companies so that it is in a position to offer the newest drugs and the most current treatment regimens.

           Arena Oncology Associates is located in handsome offices at 600 Northern Boulevard in Great Neck, NY. The waiting room is complemented with highly-equipped examining rooms, a comfortable chemotherapy suite and private consultation rooms.
